The room was brand new and spacious. I love the proximity to shopping and dining. I most appreciated the hotel setting up car service at the hotel and before I arrived with a safe and friendly driver.

All the staff were very friendly and made you welcome being there for 11 days we got to know the staff and they were always very helpful Hotel was very clean would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to cucuta

Very confortable and good location. Near of many places to get dinner and walk around. Pool atmosphere and top roof view was amazing. Cleaning and service was excellent as well.
